DLA Piper advised Real Capital Analytics, Inc., a real estate analytics and data provider firm, in a US$115 million growth equity investment and recapitalization by Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC. The investment was in the form of a Series B equity fundraising and debt.
Launched in 2000, New York-based Real Capital Analytics operates a global database covering more than US$18 trillion worth of transactions and provides intelligence on market pricing, capital flows and investment trends driving commercial real estate investment markets.
The DLA Piper team representing Real Capital Analytics was led by partner Lisa Jacobs (Philadelphia) and included partners William Bartow (Philadelphia), Julia Kovacs (Baltimore), Jamie Konn (Atlanta) and Gerald Rokoff (New York); and associates Michael Bushey, Dylan Caplan and David Pennant (all of Philadelphia).
