WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyto Athene, LLC, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, today announced the acquisition of Island Information Technology Consultants, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical unified communications solutions to the Intelligence Community. IITC was founded in 2004 by Dennis and Patti Powell. The rest of the management team, including Matt Vorsteg, Director of Operations, and Matthew Graham, Director of Business Development, will continue to lead the IITC business as part of Tyto Athene.
