First Home Mortgage Corp. Signs 27,459 SF Lease With Atapco Properties And Chesapeake Real Estate Group At 5355 Nottingham Drive In Baltimore County

First Home Mortgage Corporation has signed a lease with Atapco Properties, Inc. and Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) for 27,459 square feet of space within 5355 Nottingham Drive, located in the White Marsh section of Baltimore County. Combined with additional recent leasing activity, the 36,000 square foot single-story flex/office building, which is owned and operated by a joint venture partnership between Atapco Properties and CREG, is now 91% leased. Christopher Murray, Vice President of CREG represented the landlord in this lease renewal.

First Home Mortgage Corporation is a full-service residential lending company that operates more than 40 offices throughout 21 states, primarily in the northeast, Mid-Atlantic and southern regions of the company. The White Marsh location contains approximately 130 employees.

Both are located within close proximity to Interstates 695 and 95, as well as Maryland Routes 40 and 7 (Philadelphia Road).
