Vansant Mewshaw, a full-service Registered Investment Adviser, has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for nearly 3000 square feet of space within the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley. The company recently relocated to the four-building portfolio, which contains approximately 550,000 feet of office and retail space, after occupying space for more than 27 years at Greenspring Station in Lutherville. Ashley Zito of Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this transaction.
Vansant Mewshaw is a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser providing investment management, wealth management, and financial planning to individuals, trust and qualified retirement plans.
