CBRE Retails, Michael Zacharia, arranged the 46,016 square-foot lease for Target at CityLine, a historic retail destination at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C at the intersection of Wisconsin and River Roads. The site housed the first Sears location in the city.

“Target’s opening in Tenleytown will be an incredible asset for all of Northwest Washington, D.C. and its surrounding areas. The flagship site offers notable character and convenient access for Metro riders with an entrance directly in the building, as well as dedicated parking under the store, providing unparalleled ease of entry,” said Michael Zacharia, Senior Vice President at CBRE, who negotiated the lease on behalf of Target.

Target expects to open in 2020.
