Key Impact Sales & Systems Acquires Rainbow Sales & Marketing

Key Impact Sales & Systems, Inc. (KeyImpact) announces the acquisition of Rainbow Sales & Marketing (RSM), the premier foodservice and retail broker in Hawaii. With this acquisition, KeyImpact now covers the entire contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. This deal marks KeyImpact's second major acquisition in 2019.

RSM, located in Honolulu, Hawaii, was founded in 1968 and is currently owned by John Schilf. John has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice and retail industries, including more than 13 years in Hawaii, and is a member of the Hawaii Food Industry Association Board. John will continue to lead the RSM day-to-day business as a division of KeyImpact.
