Bill Meissner, President and Managing Partner of Ruppert Properties, is pleased to announce that the company will be relocating its office from the Ruppert Companies headquarters in Laytonsville, MD to The Firehouse, located at 12 W. Church St. in Frederick, MD. It is anticipated that move will be completed Spring 2019.

This historic building, located in the heart of downtown Frederick, was purchased by Ruppert Properties in early 2018 and fully remodeled including extensive renovations throughout the building and adjoining courtyard. The new interior features a modern lobby, common area finishes, mechanicals, and five individual office suites ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 SF.

“Relocating to Frederick, where over half of our portfolio is located, will enable us to be more responsive to our current tenants and plant even deeper roots in the community that has represented the core of our real estate business for the last 18 years,” said Meissner. “We are pleased to be joining the vibrant Frederick business community and look forward to continuing to grow our footprint there.”
