
Ziger|Snead, a Baltimore-based architecture firm, announces that Ann Powell, AIA, LEED AP BD +C has been appointed to the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) for Baltimore City.
CHAP oversees 36 local historic districts, 200+ landmarks, and a local historic preservation tax credit program. The commission works to preserve and celebrate our city’s history, revitalize neighborhoods, and encourage historic preservation as an economic driver for Baltimore.
Ann is honored to serve as a Commissioner to support preservation, development, and the re-imaging of Baltimore City. As a resident of the city, a member of the Board of AIA Baltimore and Preservation Maryland, and a Principal at Ziger|Snead, Ann is dedicated to elevating the importance of the role of historical preservation in the revitalization of Baltimore.
