Obrecht Properties, LLC is pleased to announce that Vincent Brocato has joined Obrecht Properties as Vice President of Acquisitions. Vince has an extensive brokerage and acquisition background and will be focused on searching for opportunities to expand the Obrecht portfolio.

Mr. Brocato’ s commercial real estate career began in 1989 and his experience includes private equity asset acquisition, tenant representation, landlord agency, and institutional healthcare representation and strategic planning.

He has represented Mercy Health Systems of Md., The Fidelity & Deposit Company of Md. (Zurich North America Surety), Clark Realty Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, TA Associates, Franklin Street Properties, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions (JHMI) and Sheppard Pratt Health Systems.

Mr. Brocato has been involved in the acquisition of over 2.5 million sf of office and retail properties as well as hundreds of lease transactions as both a principal and third-party broker. Firms he has been associated with during his career are Emory Hill Development, Casey & Assoc./ONCOR (now Cushman & Wakefield), Manekin/CORFAC, Colliers International and Broad Reach Retail Partners.

Vince spent five years as Commissioner of Towsontowne Boys Lacrosse and coached through the U16 level. Additionally, he was on the founding committee of the Catholic Charities of Maryland Dragon Boat Race Event and was involved with the bi-annual event for over 10 years.

Vince earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a major in Financial Accounting, from Loyola College of Md. in 1989.
