Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Jennifer Leatherman to the position of Multifamily Operations Coordinator. She formerly functioned as an Administrative Assistant in the Multifamily group and has worked for CRC since 2007.

In her new position, Ms. Leatherman will manage all new contract creation and workflow, coordinate monthly variance reporting, organize takeover files and support due diligence activities for management takeovers and dispositions. She will also handle resident calls, process invoices and manage all multifamily dwelling license compliance.

“Jen’s diverse background at the company, where she has also excelled as a Leasing Specialist and Community Manager has prepared her extremely well for this position, which requires her to interact with many different divisions,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily at CRC. “Her poise, quick study ability and excellent communication skills will serve her well in this multi-faceted position.”
