Patricia (Tricia) Norman has over 40 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She began a career at American Office 35 years ago, first as a project designer and then as an account executive. Tricia holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design, enabling her to provide expertise throughout the design and installation of each project.
“It feels like my career is coming full circle. I have been working alongside this amazing team in Baltimore for quite some time, so I have a unique understanding of each person’s strengths, the Baltimore market and for our process. I’m looking forward to being a mentor and to leading us in a new direction,” said Tricia.
Tricia’s breadth of experience and exceptional performance has earned her the reputation as a trusted partner and has allowed her to buildmany long-standing relationships with clients.Tricia will be responsible for all sales efforts out of the Baltimore office, including sales, sales support, design, project management and business development.
