Donna Jenkins

Hill Management Services, Inc., a full-service real estate development and investment company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland, has hired Donna Jenkins as Property Manager. She formerly worked for the past eight years as Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company.

In her new position, Ms. Jenkins will oversee the day-to-day property management functions for a group of retail centers and warehouse projects in the four million square foot Hill Management portfolio. This includes proactively maintaining a high-quality work environment for Hill Management tenants, working with in-house professionals and third-party contractors to address maintenance issues and establishing positive relationships with the tenants.

Ms. Jenkins brings more than 23 years of business and directly-related real estate experience to this position, having also worked for Federal Realty Investment Trust, McShea Management and Cavalier Development.
