Spaces Opens Its First Baltimore Coworking Spot In Stadium Square

The first Baltimore location of Spaces opened this week, bringing a new flexible office offering to South Baltimore.

Located in first building of the Stadium Square development between Cross Street Market and M&T Bank Stadium, the 30,000 sq ft. space is spread over two-and-a-half floors.

We took a tour with community manager Caitlin Howington when the building was under construction in August. Since then, it’s been completely transformed with a common area that Spaces calls a “business club” filled with booths, open tables and a coffee bar. There’s also a coworking area. But glass-front private offices are the most plentiful option, with nearly 90 that range in size. Throughout, there’s a wellness room, complimentary bicycles, plenty of art and the occasional putting green. Members also get roof deck access and the option to use a shower on the first floor. As we’ve reported, the internet is also fast thanks to a fiber access point that was located nearby.
