Penn-Mar Human Services, a recognized leader in providing innovative, quality supports and services to hundreds of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Maryland and Pennsylvania, and the The Penn-Mar Foundation is pleased to announce Anthony Gallo, as the Foundation board’s new chair, and Elizabeth “Beth” Pitts-Madonna as the Foundation board’s new vice chair.

The Penn-Mar Foundation supports the transformational mission of Penn-Mar Human Services by securing the financial resources needed to drive innovative service development, now and in perpetuity.

Anthony Gallo, vice president and general manager of Investments at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., has been a longtime Penn-Mar supporter. In addition to his new role as the Penn-Mar Foundation’s new board chair, succeeding Tim Chase, partner and CEO of WMS Partners, Gallo previously served on the Penn-Mar Human Services Board of Directors, as member and immediate past board chair.

The Penn-Mar Foundation’s new Vice Chair, Beth Pitts-Madonna, is vice president of Human Resources for Northrop Grumman’s Innovation Systems. She joined the Foundation’s Board of Directors as a member in January of this year.
