Tenant representation experts help to establish Maryland Innovation and Security Institute’s (MISI) new state-of-the-art facility in Columbia, Md.
JLL announces today its role in providing real estate expertise and guidance to the Maryland Innovation and Security Institute (MISI) at its new United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) facility in Columbia, Maryland. The cybersecurity nonprofit received a five-year Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) to innovate new technologies in an unclassified, state-of-the-art facility at 7000 Columbia Gateway Drive.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for MISI,” noted Brad Crosley, Senior Vice President, JLL. “The world of cybersecurity is rapidly developing and this award allows MISIthe ability to innovate and educate in Howard County for the foreseeable future.”
MISI will take 17,475 square feet at COPT’s 7000 Gateway Drive. The space will be a combination of maker space, rapid prototyping, conferencing and education to support MISI’s objectives and DreamPort.
