Cushman & Wakefield's (CUSH) target for its IPO would value the real-estate services firm at about $6B, including debt, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the offering.
The company is expected to set a pricing range Monday and start its roadshow. The expected price range would set the market cap at about $3B-$4B, the people said.
