Stanford Kitchen is a chef-inspired, fresh cuisine restaurant that is part of the Blueridge Restaurant Group. The restaurant opened its first location on Memorial Day within a 4200 square foot free-standing building at Boulevard College Center in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. Located directly off Owings Mills Boulevard in Owings Mills near Stevenson University, Boulevard College Center is a 55-acre business community managed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD . Blueridge Restaurant Group operates sit-down restaurant locations in Columbia and Rockville, Maryland, as well as Orlando, Florida.

The layout of Stanford Kitchen features an open kitchen that enables patrons to watch their meals being prepared, booths equipped with black leather seats, wood accents and a wood paneled ceiling, a bar with garage doors that open and lead to the patio and outdoor seating with a fireplace. It was designed to ensure that patrons enjoy a memorable dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere that serves recognizable American food from a scratch kitchen. The restaurant seats 130 not including the outdoor patio area. The bar features a wide array of specialty cocktails, beers on tap, and a large selection of wines.

“This concept is the perfect addition to Boulevard College Center and will leverage the nearby campus of Stevenson University, the numerous business communities as well as the outstanding residential demographics that surround the area,” stated Ken Bernstein of David S. Brown Enterprises. “At every location, the owners and operators have done an excellent job of researching and understanding their audience, and then developing a specific menu that matches specific tastes in the area. We are certain that Stanford Kitchen will become a much sought after destination in Baltimore County.”
