Proverb Partners with Buch Construction on New Luxury Residences

Proverb, a multidisciplinary branding agency in Boston, has completed branding and marketing assignments for Laurel, MD. -based The Vine, according to Proverb’s Managing Director, Daren Bascome. The one-of-a-kind luxury property is unique to the area in providing resort-style living to renters. The Bozzuto Group is a strategic partner on the project and is the management company at The Vine.

Working with Buch Construction’s Senior Vice President, Michael Buch, Proverb was tasked with developing the brand strategy, name, visual identity, full web site, exterior signage and a suite of marketing assets for The Vine, focusing on earthy tones with a simplistic touch to highlight the property’s connection to nature.

“My family and I have fond memories of summer days spent in the surrounding area,” said Buch. “We would spend quality time together enjoying the fresh fruit and my grandmother’s homemade wine from the vineyard. We hope residents and their families can create their own sweet memories here at The Vine.”

When touring the property it’s evident that great care was taken in planning with wooded views, top of the line finishes and resort-style amenities. High ceilings and spacious floor plans provide ample natural light to encourage productivity and a connection to nature.

The Buch Construction-backed project delivered nearly 300 apartments and is now open for renting to prospective tenants. High-end amenity spaces include a two-story clubroom with billiards, outdoor grilling stations and fireplaces as well as an expansive fitness center, resort-style pool and parking garage with direct floor access. Tenants also enjoy walking and bike paths to Maple Lawn town center, touted as an award-winning master-planned town by Best in American Living.

Billings for the assignment were not disclosed.
