Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has promoted Rob Van Laer to the position of Maintenance Facilities Coordinator. Formerly Service Manager for Kenilworth at Charles Apartments in Towson, Mr. Van Laer has worked for the company for more than eleven years.

In his new position, Mr. Van Laer will assist the company’s Operations Team with projects related to maintenance-related projects including the reporting of new issues, providing support to the apartment communities regarding inspections, safety procedures and capital projects. He will also lend assistance, as needed, at various projects will specific personnel requirements.

Throughout his career with Continental Realty Corporation, Mr. Van Laer has functioned in a variety of positions including Maintenance Technician, Service Manager and Maintenance Training Coordinator.
