TEDCO’s board of directors has new officers.

Maryland’s quasi-public agency which provides funding and other resources to early-stage companies named the following officers for its board.

Chair: Francis Smyth, CEO, Century Engineering

Vice Chairman: Chuck Knudsen, Vice President, T. Rowe Price

Treasurer: Paul Ausley, COO, Ausley Associates

Secretary: Matthew Lee, CEO, FASTech
