Wendy Oliver, a top-producing sales associate, has become an affiliated associate broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Annapolis Church Circle office.

According to Oliver, “Every house has a story. Every client has a dream. My job is to nurture the specific needs of each buyer and seller, helping them with the most streamlined transaction obtainable in today's complex market.”

A former broker with TopSale Realty, Oliver specializes in residential property sales. Her real estate career began when she was a teenager, working part-time in administrative roles after school. She then went on to become the vice president of sales for the new homes division of a home builder for 15 years. Oliver holds a Graduate Real Estate Institute designation and is a lifetime member of the Masters Club.

Outside of her work, Oliver is active in her community and is a co-founder of the Chesapeake K-9 Fund.
