
John Crossen
Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG), a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate operating company, has hired John Crossen as Assistant Property Manager.
In his new role, Mr. Crossen will help oversee the property management functions for a portion of Chesapeake Real Estate Group’s industrial/warehouse, commercial office and retail portfolio, including third-party work. This includes interacting with tenants, coordinating the activities of property management vendors and handling issues related to the maintenance and repair of these properties. He will also be involved with leasing and development activities.
CREG continues to win new asset management contracts and now manages more than three million square feet of office, warehouse, manufacturing and retail space situated throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The company also diversified into the commercial office sector and now owns and manages several office buildings in Anne Arundel, Prince George’s and Baltimore Counties.
Mr. Crossen brings more than five years of diversified experience to the company including positions with Towne Park and Verint Video Solutions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics and Business from the University of Maryland at College Park.
