Morgan C. Gilligan, Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, has been elected to the Board of Overseers for the Baltimore School for the Arts. The mission of the four-year high school based in Baltimore City is to provide young people with pre-professional training in the arts, combined with a rigorous college preparatory curriculum.

Gilligan, who has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002, focuses on new business and client service activities within the commercial, retail and residential real estate sectors. Stewart Title Guaranty Company is a publicly-traded global real estate services company providing title insurance and settlement services.

Gilligan also serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Maryland, a local commercial real estate association, and is Co-Chairman for the NAIOP Maryland Awards of Excellence committee. He is also a member, and has held leadership positions, with the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute.
