Steve Weiss, Senior Vice President, of Lee & Associates Chesapeake, represented the tenant, The Baltimore Fencing Center. The Baltimore Fencing Center, provides all levels of Fencing instruction, hosts Fencing tournaments, provides after school educational programs and teaches English and Chinese language classes. The Baltimore Fencing Center also has a 15,000 SF facility in Columbia, MD that Steve Weiss also transacted on their behalf.
