Sam has over 12 Years of Retail Real Estate experience from the Tenant and Landlord perspective.  He specializes in representing Tenants and Landlords in all aspects of the Lease Transaction. “It was an easy decision to join Lee & Associates due to their large national presence and successful local organization. My background in the retail real estate industry aligns perfectly with the firm’s objective of expanding their Retail brokerage offerings,” states Crowther, “I look forward to adding value for our clients while expanding our relationships within the commercial real estate community.”

Before joining Lee & Associates, Sam attended Towson University and then began his career at Hicks and Rotner as a Retail Broker assisting the Principals in Market research in order to gain a better understanding of the overall industry. He eventually left Hicks and Rotner to join Hair Cuttery as a Real Estate Representative when they we’re looking to expand their presence along the I- 95 corrider from Philadelphia to Florida.   After a successful stint with Hair Cuttery he migrated to the Landlord side working for GFS Realty and Federal Realty in the MD/DC/NOVA area managing portfolios of Shopping Centers. This is where he accumulated his experience and knowledge of how to successfully Lease and Market Shopping Centers.
