
Just as a new Hammerjacks in South Baltimore gets its liquor license, a former Hammerjacks building is going up for auction.
Owner Richard Naing, who is preparing to retire, has hired Ten-X Commercial to sell the former Hammerjacks building at 316-318 Guilford Avenue in an online auction.
The two-story, 24,254-square-foot building housed a version of Hammerjacks and then a nightclub called Bourbon Street, but is now vacant. The building has no connection to the Hammerjacks project that is planned for 1300-1320 Russell Street and received an arena license last week, save for the Hammerjacks name.
