CBRE, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Elardo and Jared Ross to the Baltimore Industrial & Logistics team.Michael will fill the role of Senior Vice President, while Jared will be joining the team as a First Vice President. They will work alongside Ed Harris and Mike Roden representing the leasing for both tenant and landlords, focusing their efforts on Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George's County.

Michael, a 31-year industry veteran, comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where he was the top producing industrial broker for the past five years. Over the course of his career, hehas negotiated transactions of more than 35 million sq. ft. with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion. Some of his notable clients include Prudential Global Investment Management, Prologis, FRP Development, DCT Industrial and Industrial Property Trust.

Jared, who has worked with high-caliber clients like Panera Bread, Henry Bath and IDI Gazeley, also comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield. There, he spent the last six years as a member of the Baltimore Industrial brokerage team focusing on tenant and agency representation in the Baltimore/Washington region.
