A 30 apartment complex located in 3 buildings in Bel Air, MD

Torchio Architects, an established leader in providing architectural, planning and construction administrative services for high-end residential projects, churches, retail, and educational facilities, has been commissioned to design Cannery Square, a 30 unit apartment complex in 3 buildings located in Easton, MD

“We just participated in the kick-off meeting for this project that will feature 6 two bedroom and 4 one bedroom apartments in each building. Every apartment has a covered porch, 9’ ceilings and private entrances,” states Greg Torchio, President of Torchio Architects. 

“We hope to see construction starting later this year,” Greg added. Lane Engineering from Easton, Maryland is doing the site design. The team has obtained concept approval from the Town of Easton Planning commission.
