H&R Retail Completes Five Retail Leases In Mid-Atlantic Region

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed five retail lease transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. The leases include:

- Seafood Palace Buffet leased 10,600 square feet at Northeast Tower Center, Philadelphia, Pa. from Roosevelt Associates LP. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the tenant.

- Shoe City leased 5,288 square feet at Chesterfield Town Center, Richmond, Va. from RPI Chesterfield, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Ray Schupp with H&R represented the tenant.

- Metro Immediate Primary Care leased 3,225 square feet at Rhode Island Row, Washington, DC from RI Station LLC. Bradley Buslik and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the landlord.

- State Farm Insurance leased 1,247 square feet at Evergreen Shopping Center, Frederick, Md. from Evergreen Square Limited Partnership. Sean Harcourt and Jim Crilley with H&R represented the landlord.

- Mulberry Salon leased 950 square feet at 329 Mulberry St., Baltimore, Md. from 329 N Eutaw St., LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the landlord.
