Maryland office, based in Columbia, features thirteen full-time brokerage professionals

Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has revealed its new corporate imaging and brand identity package. The centerpiece of the new program revolves around the design and integration of a modernized logo into all corporate branding elements including signage, the website and the internal and external identity package. The new design features a modernized icon of the “L” and “A” representing Lee & Associates that reflects the progressive and pro-active approach embraced by real estate brokerage and property management professionals working for the organization.

Principal Allan Riorda, SIOR and president of the Maryland office, established Lee & Associates Maryland in 2013. Over the past four years, the local office has grown to more than twenty employees, including thirteen brokerage agents as well as five professionals working for Lee Chesapeake Property Management, LLC.
