More Numbers (And Photos) From NAIOP Maryland Community Service Project

Last week's NAIOP Maryland Community Service project, benefitting the Living Classrooms’ Crossroads School in Baltimore City, involved the enhancement of the exterior grounds to benefit its student body and the Living Classrooms’ Foundation. The effort was co-chaired by Todd Summerfield of Liberty Property Trust and Connie Rhodes of Rhodes Development, LLC.

Here is a look at some of the numbers:

- 800 man hours invested

- 1,000 square feet of sod installed with an irrigation system

- 260 shrubs and plants installed

- 10 raised-bed planters constructed

- 40 cubic yards of mulch laid

- 100 cubic yards of top soil installed

- 20 cubic yards of stone installed

- 400 linear feet of wrought iron fencing painted

- 100 pounds of invasive materials removed
