The global franchisor purchased the new facility near its Timonium, Maryland-based headquarters to serve as a training ground for new franchisees and an important venue for testing new programs and concepts. The location was previously managed by one of company's individual franchisees and remains in the original territory where Senior Helpers began its franchising efforts in early 2006.
