Location is one of first of three for the new fast-casual concept, with sites in Columbia and Gambrills to follow within the next several months

Owings Mills, MD (May 3, 2017) – Cravin’, a new fast-casual restaurant, has signed a lease at Valley Village, a mixed-use retail and office project situated on 9199 Reisterstown Road in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. The complex features approximately 48,000 square feet of retail space, combined with 55,000 square feet of office space and is managed by David S. Brown Enterprises, LTD.

This represents the inaugural restaurant location for Cravin’, which is expected to open in late June or early July, with plans to open additional sites this year in the Columbia and Gambrills areas. The restaurant will occupy the former Cosi sandwich restaurant space, located in an end-cap position of the retail center, while also joining Teriyaki Madness, which opened at Valley Village last year. Cravin’ focuses on the preparation of healthy, clean and fresh menu items with everything prepared daily and in-house.

Cravin’ will be open for both lunch and dinner and offer a variety of menu items including robust sandwiches, charcoal rotisserie chicken, gourmet salads and an assortment of fresh sides.

Featuring roadside visibility from Reisterstown Road, Valley Village combines Class “A” commercial office space on two levels, with ground-level retail space. The project is surrounded by a free surface parking lot and is located approximately one-mile north from the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695).

More than 40,000 vehicles pass Valley Village on a daily basis from Reisterstown Road, and the median household income within a one-mile radius exceeds $75,000.
