Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Ashley Hess as the new Branch Vice President of the company’s White Marsh office, where she will lead a team of 50-plus sales associates and support staff.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Hess has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2012 most recently as the Branch Vice President of the Fells Point office. She specializes in assisting sales associates in developing their business through improved strategies in sales, relocation, business development, lead generation, education and technology.

A native of Essex, Hess discovered her love of real estate when she started tagging along with her mother, who is also a realtor. She realized that, more so than selling homes, she enjoyed coaching and training sales associates on how to properly guide clients through their purchase. At a prior position at the company, Hess was the company’s Mid-Atlantic eTeam Business Development Coordinator, assisting 260 agents with converting internet leads into prospective buyers and sellers.

Hess is a graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University and lives in Churchville with her husband and son.
