Lord Baltimore Hotel Brings Back Baltimore’s Best Rooftop Bar with Seasonal Opening of LB Skybar April 26

4/25/17

Lord Baltimore Hotel’s 19th floor bar returns with all-new cocktails and menu

Outdoor seating season begins at Lord Baltimore Hotel on April 26 with the opening of LB Skybar on its 19-story high rooftop deck. This year features an expanded menu of food and cocktails specially curated around seasonal flavors and ingredients, delivering locals and visitors truly novel tastes amid gorgeous views that can’t be seen from anywhere else in the city.

Since its initial launch only two years ago, LB Skybar has quickly risen to become a favorite destination for happy hours and late-nights. Last year, it ranked as one of The Baltimore Sun’s top 25 bars in the city. It is the highest rooftop bar in Baltimore and, being completely uncovered, offers one of the best vantage points to enjoy summertime sunsets and celestial skies.

“Whether you’re visiting or you’ve lived here your whole life, LB Skybar’s stunning views and carefree ambiance can make anyone feel like they’re experiencing Baltimore for the first time,” said Gene-Michael Addis, general manager of the Lord Baltimore Hotel. “With the new menu that our food and beverage team has crafted, LB Skybar offers everyone a vacation from the ordinary.”

LB Skybar’s season will run from April 26 through the early fall, and seating is available Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 11:00 pm, Fridays from 4:00 pm to midnight, and Saturdays from 5:00 pm to midnight. During inclement weather, LB Skybar guests will be served in the LB Speakeasy, the hotel’s newest hot spot, which opened this past fall on the mezzanine lobby level. Lord Baltimore Hotel’s bar areas welcome guests 21 years of age and recommend smart-casual dress attire.
