Presented at the organization’s annual gala, the awards program recognizes projects that demonstrate a superior quality of design and execution.

Earning the Presidential Award, the organization’s highest honor, was Loyola University of Maryland: Gateway, Streetscape &Donnelly, a project along Cold Spring Lane in Baltimore, MD. Hord Coplan Macht created a created a safe and comfortable pedestrian experience that serves as an enhanced perimeter frame for the campus. Additionally, stone walls on each side of Charles Street and a new gateway sign created a campus gateway. Through re-construction of the south campus border, Loyola presents a friendly and welcoming face to its neighbors
