Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Christy Flores as the new Branch Vice President of the company’s Fells Point office, where she will lead the team of sales associates and support staff. Flores, formerly a sales associate in the company’s Severna Park office, brings a wealth of real estate experience to her new position.

Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Charles County, Maryland, Flores has a strong background in real estate education and often teaches continuing real estate and pre-licensing education classes around the Baltimore metropolitan area. She has her certified negotiation expert designation and specializes in residential real estate, most recently in Anne Arundel County.

Until recently Flores volunteered as a weekly yoga instructor at the Chrysalis House in Crownsville, one of the leading agencies in Maryland that provides addiction treatment and prevention services to women and their at-risk children. She also volunteers for the Lighthouse Shelter, a homeless prevention support center in Annapolis, for the B.E.S.T. program helping to build employment skills.Flores, who moved back to Maryland after an eight-year stint with her family in Coachella Valley, California, lives in Annapolis with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
