Carol, who has a combined background of historic preservation and property investment and management, specializes in listings and sales in Baltimore City and County.

A resident of Homeland, Carol is active in numerous real estate organizations: Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Metropolitan Regional Information Services, Inc. She is also a partner agent with LIVE BALTIMORE.

Carol holds a master’s of Regional Planning with a focus on Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University and has previously worked at the American Association of Museums, Foundation for San Francisco‘s Architectural Heritage, and National Preservation Institute.
