The one-of-a-kind 19th-story Skybar will open its doors once again in a little over two weeks.
The Lord Baltimore Hotel announced today that its rooftop bar is ready to reopen for its third season — and only its second full summer one — on April 21 with an expanded food and drink menu. Options this year include artisan summery drinks like a vodka-substituted Tom Collins and mint julep made with Bulleit bourbon, as well as pressed Cuban and Napolitano paninis and shrimp salad sliders, among other snacks.
The Skybar’s claim to fame is a strong one: It’s the highest bar in Baltimore, sitting on the 19th-floor rooftop deck of the Lord Baltimore Hotel on W. Baltimore Street downtown. When uncovered in clear weather, it offers one of the best views of the city.
