Senior Real Estate Professional Has Excelled at Identifying Opportunities, Managing Portfolio

Enterprise Homes, Inc. (Enterprise) has promoted Todd Del Tufo to vice president, acquisitions and asset management.

He oversees the company’s portfolio of multifamily communities, with roles that include asset protection and risk mitigation, while simultaneously enhancing the operating performance of the portfolio. In addition, Del Tufo is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing new acquisitions.

“Todd has been central to expanding our holdings and to ensuring the ongoing quality of the homes we provide to our residents,” said Chickie Grayson, president and CEO of Enterprise Homes. “He was instrumental in our entry into the acquisition of apartment communities, and we will continue to rely on his expertise for future acquisitions.”

Del Tufo joined Enterprise in 2009 as a senior asset manager and has provided outstanding guidance and organizational skills for maintaining and enhancing properties. He joined the company after 15 years in real estate at other firms, holding a series of origination, underwriting, asset management and auditing roles at Alex. Brown Realty, Inc., CapitalSource Finance LLC, and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.

A Certified Public Accountant, Del Tufo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He received his MBA with a concentration in finance from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College. Del Tufo serves on a Howard County (MD) Parks and Recreation advisory board that promotes youth wrestling in Howard County.
