NAIOP Maryland Holds March Madness Event At Diamondback Brewing Company

3/28/17

More than 150 NAIOP Maryland members attended the March Madness network event at Diamondback Brewing Company, a local craft beer brewing company located in the Banner Building of McHenry Row. The commercial real estate professionals sampled a variety of beers, took a tour of the 6800 square foot production facility and Tap Room and, of course, rooted on the Sweet Sixteen participants. Founded by three Loyola Blakefield High School classmates, Diamond Brewing shifted its complete manufacturing operations to McHenry Row in 2014, and anticipates ramping up production to 8000 barrels with this dedicated space. The name of the company is derived from the mascot of the University of Maryland, where two of the founders, Francis Smith and Tom Foster, attended.
