Transwestern today announces it has hired four brokers to provide both tenant and landlord advisory services throughout the Washington, D.C., metro.
Ethan Bernardi has 18 years of experience and joins Transwestern as Senior Vice President. He has represented clients including Lerner Enterprises, The Tower Companies, Willco and the government of Montgomery County, Maryland.
Vice President Joe McCormick has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has represented clients such as Foulger-Pratt, Plumsea Law Group, RNSolutions, Abengoa Solar and Financial Balance Group.
With 10 years of experience, Nathan Bortnick has been appointed Vice President. Some of his clients have included Willco, Buchanan Partners, Zava Zone, Nellis Corporation, Metro Montessori, National Business Officers Association, Abrams Bison, and RosettiStar.
Associate Ryan Gowling began his real estate career at DC Workspaces in 2014. Some of his clients have included Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG), Latimer Neurology Center and Answer View Technologies.
