Dollar Tree leased 10,036 square feet at Parkville Shopping Center, Parkville, Md. from Regency Centers. H&R’s Geoffrey Mackler and Scott Herman represented the landlord; and Scott Yurow, also with H&R, represented the tenant.
Pacific Dental leased 3,543 square feet at Cascades Overlook, Sterling Va. from Cascades Overlook Development Partners LLC. Sean Harcourt and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented landlord.
Heartland Dental leased 3,011 square feet at the Shops at Westview South, Frederick, Md. from Matan Companies. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
Al’s Peruvian Chicken leased 1,500 square feet at Colmar Manor Shopping Center, Colmar Manor, Md. from Colmar Manor Associates. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
