RE/MAX Realty Services is excited to announce a merger with RE/MAX All Pro, which pairs professional agents and strong leadership to create a larger, more resourceful real estate brokerage. The two brokerages combined will remain RE/MAX Realty Services, and will service the greater Rockville area.

Butterfield opened RE/MAX Realty Services 25 years ago and Dart bought RE/MAX All Pro from his father nearly seven years ago. The merger will bring the total number of professional real estate agents in the Rockville location to more than 50.
Butterfield will continue as the Broker Owner of RE/MAX Realty Services, and Dart and Mark Svrcek, the current co-Broker Owner of RE/MAX All Pro, will both be associate brokers who will focus on growing their sales teams within the brokerage. Butterfield has been a licensed agent since 1984, and opened RE/MAX Realty Services in 1992. Dart grew up assisting his father and former number one REALTOR® in Maryland, taking over his father’s brokerage in 2010.
