The long-awaited transformation of the Fells Point Recreation Pier into a boutique hotel will come to fruition next month when Sagamore Pendry Baltimore opens.

The 128-room hotel is slated to open March 20, general manager David Hoffman said. Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank’s Sagamore Development Co. is the lead developer of the $60M property. War Horse LLC, owned by Plank’s brother, Scott Plank, is also a partner on the three-story, 122k SF building.
