Knott Realty Group Executes 25,792 SF Lease At Recently-Completed Rolling Run Technology Park

Government contracting company attracted to building based on walking-distance proximity to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services complex in Windsor Mill

Knott Realty Group has executed a 25,792 square foot lease at the recently-completed building within Rolling Run Technology Park. Situated on 2270 Rolling Run Drive, this represents the inaugural lease in the single-story 58,000 square foot speculative Class “A” office building and is a relocation and expansion for the tenant that is engaged in government contracting work. More than 100 employees are expected to occupy the newly-leased space, bringing the building to a 44% occupancy rate just two months after construction was completed.

Taylor Fields and Jannine Hayes of Knott Realty Group represented the landlord and Savills Studley represented the tenant in this transaction.
