Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has secured a $12.6 million refinancing for 1011 Centre Road, a 90,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Wilmington, Delaware.

Working on behalf of Delle Donne & Associates, Inc., HFF placed the long-term, fixed-rate loan with a regional bank.

1011 Centre Road is situated about three miles northwest of downtown Wilmington and Interstate 95 in Western Newcastle County. The property was originally built in 1986 and is fully leased. Situated in a park-like setting, the building and its twin, 1013 Centre Road, are collectively known as the E.A. Delle Donne Corporate Center. These Class A buildings cater to high-quality tenants serving suburban Wilmington.

The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower was led by managing director Ryan Ade.
