General Peter Pace, USMC (Ret.), who served as the sixteenth Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will chair the U.S. Naval Institute Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Founded in 1873 in Annapolis, the U. S. Naval Institute provides an independent forum for the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
