Four-story, 70,404 square foot commercial office building recently acquired by A&S Commercial Properties, LLC for $6.8 million

NAI KLNB has been named the exclusive leasing broker for 5457 Twin Knolls Road, a four-story, 70,404 square foot commercial office building located in the Columbia section of Howard County, Maryland.In addition, KLNB Paragon Commercial Property Management., has also been selected to handle asset management services for the property which was recently acquired by A&S Commercial Properties from Normandy Twin Knolls, LLC for $6.8 million. David Fritz, SIOR, CCIM and Spence Daw of NAI KLNB are handling the leasing requirement on behalf of the company.

Positioned near the intersection of MD Route 29 and 175, 5457 Twin Knolls Road is located approximately three miles from Columbia Town Center, five miles from Interstate 95 and eight miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport. A key differentiating feature of the building is a modern lobby with granite walls and flooring.

The building was approximately 75% leased at the time of the acquisition.
