Bill Harrison, Senior Vice President, of Lee & Associates Chesapeake, represented the tenant, Dwyer Engineering, Inc.  Dwyer Engineering is a mechanical and electrical engineering firm that specializes in cost-effective solutions to energy issues.   The landlord is Howard Hughes, Inc.

Downtown Columbia is in the process of transitioning into a more urban environment, recently launching several new office buildings and a strip of retail spaces.  Later phases of expansion will include a hotel, cultural, and residential space; with a continued focus on the evolution of Columbia's downtown landscape.
